Booking

It is possible to book a stay at Camping de Bosrand by telephone, at the reception desk, by e-mail or via the website. You are at all times responsible for providing the correct information for your booking. Therefore, always carefully check the confirmation you receive after making a reservation. Payment terms depend on the time of booking versus the arrival date. We work with dynamic rates; this means that rates may change during the season. This is often based on the level of supply and demand.

Canceling a vacation

It is always possible to cancel your vacation at Camping de Bosrand; there are costs involved. The amount of the cancellation fee is determined based on the time from the moment of cancellation to the beginning of the booked stay. The Recron conditions apply to every cancellation.

Arrival and departure times

From 13:00 we welcome you and on the day of departure we wave you off before 12:00! In consultation you can arrive earlier or leave later. For later departures you pay a surcharge of €7.50. You can stay until 18:30h.

Quiet time

At Camping de Bosrand we consider evening quiet important; therefore, from 10:00 p.m. it is whisper quiet on the campsite. You are aware that in a natural environment without ambient noise noise carries far, in addition the majority of the camping equipment is not soundproof. Therefore, even before 10:30 p.m., please be considerate of all fellow guests.

Social control

Camping de Bosrand staff see to it as much as possible that everything at the campground runs in good order. Of course, we cannot be everywhere at once. Because camping is a social activity, we trust that our guests will address each other in case of nuisance and that they will help each other where necessary. If our guests find a defect, malfunction or other matter that they cannot solve themselves, this can be reported at the reception or via our contact information.

Use of fencing

It is allowed to fence off your camping equipment with a chicken net or something similar with fine mesh. This fencing may only be fastened with pegs/poles that are similar in thickness to tent pegs, i.e. can be easily driven into the ground without tools. It is not allowed to place stakes on the pitch that damage the ground, such as wooden stakes that require an auger or large hammer. It is not allowed to use the fence to block a through route or to enlarge your spot with it. You use the fence only to enclose the immediate habitat in front of your camping equipment, for example to prevent your pet from escaping unexpectedly. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the campsite.

Dogs allowed, but not everywhere

Dogs are generally allowed at Camping de Bosrand. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in the campground and walked outside the campground.

Barbecue and open fire

It is permitted to barbecue at Camping de Bosrand. When barbecuing, please be considerate of your fellow guests; they will not be inconvenienced by your barbecue (smoke pollution). A fire basket is also permitted. Open fire is prohibited. Think about safety. Please put a tile under the basket to protect the grass.

Use air conditioning

It is permitted to use an air conditioner during the day, provided it does not disturb (noise) other fellow guests.

Camera surveillance

At Camping de Bosrand there are security cameras at various strategic points. These are there for your and our safety. The images from these cameras are stored for some time and can be consulted later if a calamity or incident has occurred.

Receiving visitors

It is possible to receive visitors. Visitors must report to reception. You are personally responsible for the visitors and must inform them before or on arrival of the rules at Camping de Bosrand. You see to it that these rules are observed. Make sure that your visit does not have a negative influence on the stay of your fellow guests. Many visitors at once is therefore not wise; spread them out over the day. Visitors must leave the premises before 10:00 p.m.

Electricity capacity

In a camping spot, you will have 16 amps of electricity. This is generally sufficient for average camping use. Should the power fail due to overload or a fault, we will remedy this by turning the power back on in the nearest central cabinet. Make sure that the devices causing the overload are no longer connected to the power outlet. Camping de Bosrand is not responsible for damage caused by power outages.

Hosts and sublets

It is possible to host visitors who stay overnight (for a fee). The number of lodgers that can stay depends on the length of stay, the location and the composition of your own family. Please inquire at the front desk about the possibilities. Guests must always be registered at the reception desk. It is not allowed to sublet your pitch or accommodation.

Charging Electric Car

A charging station is available at the front of the reception for charging electric cars. The power/electricity associated with the pitch is not intended for charging electric cars.

Showers

The showers in our toilet buildings are free to use; you do not need a token, pass or coin. You can turn the shower on and off using a mixer tap.

WiFi

WiFi is available throughout the campground (for a fee). Our WiFi network is suitable for general use such as emailing, internet browsing and streaming. However, it is not intended for more technical activities such as online gaming and logging into networks outside our WiFi network. The necessary ports for this are often blocked.

Lawn mowing

We regularly mow the grass in the campground; the frequency depends on the weather. We mow broadly around the pitches to avoid damage to guy lines, electrical cables and the lawn mower. You are responsible for mowing the grass directly around your camping equipment.

Liability

Camping de Bosrand cannot be held liable for theft, loss or damage of goods during or as a result of your stay our campsite. Nor can we accept liability for the failure or malfunctioning of technical installations, or failure or closure of facilities/facilities on the campsite. You camp at your own risk. Naturally, you must pay for any damage caused by your actions.

Insurance and refunds

Please be considerate of your fellow campers so that together we can achieve a pleasant stay. We recommend that you purchase your own liability and/or cancellation insurance from an insurance company. If you are removed from the campground, you will not receive a refund.
